Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days on non-custom items. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
What items are not returnable?
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue immediately.
